The Robot Lounge
Build a robot in Cinema4D and make it look like it is a movie.
Make a short bumper video, like something you’d when a TV show goes on a commercial. Build a robot of my own design using primitive shapes and bring it to life. Literally! Use After Effects for post-production.
My first serious project using Cinema4D. This robot took about 20 hours to render. And it didn’t even move. I can’t say it wasn’t a fun experience to make it though. I’m really happy with the end result. The robot and map were the only things rendered in Cinema4D. The background was a flat image rendered in 3D space in After Effects. It was a really fun learning project for both programs!
